1. Put your hands together and move them to the right of your head.
2. Move your hands to the left of your head.
3. Move your hands to the right again.
4. Move your hands to the left of your head, and step forward with your left leg.
5. Move your hands into the middle.
6. Move your hands to the right of your head, and step forward with your right leg.
7. Cross your arms like this.
8. Put your hands together again. Bend your legs and point your hands down.
9. Stand up straight and point your hands up.
10. Move your arms out like this.
11. Turn to face the left and put your right foot behind you.
12. Turn to face the right and put your left foot behind you.
13. Spin around anti-clockwise.
14. Put your arms and right leg up in this position.
15. Put your arms out again and lean to the right.
16. Lean to the left, then lean to the right again.
17. Put your arms down next to you.
18. Move your arms up and down.
19. Quickly put your right hand out in front.
20. Put your left hand out in front, then your right hand again.
21. Turn to the left and put your left hand out in front, then your right hand.
22. Turn to the front and cross your arms across your chest.
Repeat steps 1 to 5
23. Move your arms out.
24. Turn to the left and put your hands by your sides.
25. Put your left hand out in front as if you are serving something.
Boys: Put your right hand in the same position, but higher.
Girls: Put your right hand above your head and twirl it around.
26. Stay in the same position and spin around clockwise.
27. Put both hands out in front as if you are serving something.
28. Put your hands together again.
29. Move your hands up above your head.
30. Move your hands down again.
31. Put your right hand down. Put your left hand under your head like this and tilt your head to the left.
32. Do the same, but the other way round.
33. Cross your arms like this.
34. Quickly move your arms out, then spin around clockwise.
